The ball valve, featuring a spherical V-shaped incision on its ball core, delivers an approximate equal percentage flow characteristic. This design allows precise control of fluid flow by regulating the rotation of the V-shaped incision ball core on the sealing surface, particularly at smaller open angles. The V-shaped incision increases the flow adjustment ratio while its uniquely designed elastic lip-sealed structure provides excellent shear resistance and protection against fiber and particle intrusion.
